and is located at the edge of the village of Crosshills in the Aire valley, between the Pennine hills and the Yorkshire Dales.
David Thomas makes paintings and drawings about things on tables, horizons, land and sky, but mostly about the fluid process of painting.
Anna Lambert makes hand built earthenware ceramics, using the domestic forms of bowls, jars and candlesticks to express her response to landscape and the progression of the seasons.
Anna has work available at The Contemporary Ceramics Centre in London, Blackwell Arts & Crafts House, Windemere and at Gavagan Art in Settle, North Yorkshire. She has just completed a special commission for the Mercer Gallery Harrogate, to commemorate the tercentenary of Capability Brown. Anna will also be showing a wide range of work at the Oxford Ceramics Fair on the 29th & 30th October

David has a solo exhibition "Shelf Life" at the Wishbone Gallery in Grassington, North Yorkshire which runs until 20th November, this year. He has work on show at the Zillah Bell Gallery in Thirsk, and in the autumn exhibition at Gavagan Art in Settle, both in North Yorkshire. He is also be exhibiting some small work in the shop at the very wonderful Abbott Hall in Kendal.
